I wrote this recipe book with the intention of making our already crazy lives just a little less crazy. For some reason, when things get too busy our food and diet is the first thing to go. And when that goes, everything else goes. When we don't have food available to us, we spend more money, eat more food that doesn't fulfil us, and we end up in a state of regret at the end of the week. I know this all too well as a business owner, and a coach of hundreds of people who are just wanting to make sustainable change in their lives.


This book is designed to allow you to live your life just the way it is, but take control of your food and diet so you can put forth the best person you can be. Whether that's as a professional, parent, partner or whatever it is you strive to be.


Nutrition doesn't have to be complicated. In fact, it's pretty damn simple. Once you set up an initial plan for you (explained on the next page) and whoever it is you need to cater for, you'll find it becomes integrated into your every day life. But instead of it being something that it just there out of necessity and something we have within our balls of life we juggle, you make it into something you can control and manage for you and those you are responsible for.


Taking control of the constants in your life, like nutrition, by making them convenient and suitable for YOU, will allow you to put more time and effort into the things that really matter.
